The State Fair (AND FRIED PB&J!!!)

Reini and I took a trip to the Utah State Fair this week. As always, we had a blast seeing all the farm animals, walking down the midway, and watching the people. However, this year was especially exciting for Reini because she discovered a little booth selling fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It has been three days since the fair and she is still drooling over it. In her words: "It was just heavenly!"

It is now clear that my decision to not go to the fair was the wrong decision.

I love the fair!!! I think the food is the best part of the whole thing but I have yet to try the fried pb&j...I'll have to add that to my fair to do list:)

I had to laugh when I read that as someone at work was talking about just that booth - and how long the line was.
A good ol PB&J is pretty hard to beat, but everything is better fried, right? ;)
